1983 Toronado |
What's new for 1983: This was a quiet year at Olds, and the Toronado was no exception. There were minor changes to the exterior badging, and a new Delco-GM/Bose premium sound system became available. |

Identifying an '83: 1982 and 1983 Toronados shared the same grille design consisting of five horizontal slots (up from three in '80-'81) running the cars width below the headlamps. The '82, however, didn't have the Toronado "T" crest found in the center of the header panel like the '83 did, and the TORONADO nameplate was on the grille itself in '83, instead of above it in 1982. |
